just rung santander enquiring as too which address i send a letter too ... to try and claim back mppi that wasnt i believe wasnt fairly sold too me ; this relates too 3 seperate properties i have owned over 11years ; the customer services guy said that i have too deal with phoenix life ?... i dont remember signing up too these in the 1st place please can someone help me out thanks:p
NSD = 3/31 spent = £97.88/31 groceries = £26/31 fuel =2/31

0845 600 6014 option 1, option 4, option 2
Tell them you would like them to investigate a complaint of mis-sold MPPI. He will ask for the account number and reason and the complaint will be sent for processing.0 -
