Halifax! No record of loan!
I sent off the letter etc and got a letter back saying to ring them (halifax). Spoke to nice lady who says they have no record of my loan. I don't have the paperwork as was settled in 2005. Hi, I recently contacted my bank HSBC about ppi charges on my loan. They have offered me a refund on all ppi paiyments.
