I was mis-sold a policy and downloaded a template from this website to ask for this to be reimbursed to me.
Yesterday I received a letter from the company who have offered me 50% of the payments back as settlement.
What do you think my chances of getting 100% back is if I reject this claim and is there any templates I can use
