Egg CC: pre-ticked box for PPI
Hi, I took out an Egg CC in 2003. Am I right in thinking that pre 2006, the PPI box may have been pre-ticked? I will submit a SAR but unsure quite how you would prove that? Has anyone had any joy with claiming against Egg under these circumstances? Thanks!
