What's the next step?

I'm reclaiming ppi & an accident sickness and unemployment policy which i believe to have been mis sold there are 9 days left before the 8 weeks are up, if i don't hear anything from this company in 9 days time what is my next step? I did ring them yesterday but all they could tell me was "it is being delt with and you will hear in the next 9 days"

If you dont hear anything within the 9 days, you may be able to take your complaint to the FOS.
