Hi, thinking about reclaiming mis-sold ppi from natwest, my only worry is that they might then close the current account which I also hold with them, which is O/D £2,500.00, meaning I would have to pay all that back outright, which I can't afford to do. I have had a credit card whch i have used just for emergencies have had it about 3 years always paying the payment protection and i have been on income support the entire time, would i be right in making a claim for mis sold policy?

I sent off the first letter on Jan 19 and received a reply yesterday (Feb 10th) saying I should receive a response within 4 weeks, but it could be up to eight weeks if further information is required.
