Picture PPI

I was just wondering whether anyone has heard back from the FSCS regarding their Picture complaint?

We haven't heard anything since we sent off the forms back in August.

    Hi there

Pinknico also has also been waiting to hear in regards of this company, and to what I know the investigation is still ongoing.
I believe it was approx June or July 2008 that Pinknico sent her forms in to the FSCS, hopefully it should not be too long now.
Hope you hear soon and I am sure Pinknico will post up as well.;)

  • I took out ppi when I took out my £56,000 secured loan with picture. I was led to believe my application would be looked apon more favourably if I took out this rediculous policy. I have been in touch with picture about cancelling the policy and they told me to get in touch with the insurance company myself but it would not make any difference to the outstanding balance which after a year and a half is now over £69,000 and my monthly payments are £725.00. I just wanted to know if anyone had made a successful claim against these cowboys.

Still waiting to hear about my claim with Picture. Not heard a thing since before Christmas when they said they had nearly concluded their investigations into whether Picture would be in Default.

All claims for mis selling danielle 1994 are going through the FSCS and it would appear we are still all waiting, mine has been 6 months so far.

Contact the Financial compensation scheme here: (FSCS)
    http://www.fscs.org.uk/contacts/

They will arrange to send you a form to complete.

    Good luck.;)
