ppi sucess with natwest

Options
Sucess at last. I have just been told that Nat west will refund my ppi on a loan - although I do not know the amount. Basically I had cancer 10 years ago which the bank was aware of. After 5 years clear I took a loan for a car. I thought I had taken the loan over 3 years and was stunned when I still after 2 years had a hugh balance , it took several phone calls for the bank to finally tell me there was PPI on the loan and it was over 5 years.

They passed my case to their PPI deparment and it has take 12 weeks for them to say that they can not find any documents to say I wanted PPI. They agree it would be very strange if I did as I could not claim??/ I have as also had 3 operations over the past 5 years and did not claim. Obviosuly because I did not know I have the stupid ppi.

My question during the past 5 years I have gone over drawn - obviously if I had been paying back a smaller amount on the loan I would not have.

So can I claim back all back charges
