Am i able to write off this loan?
I just read that 99% of loans can be written off. I have just notice that the car i bought with my loan has a scratch, can this make the loan invalid. Also when i asked the lenders for the loan agreement in swahili, ancient arabic, norse and klingon, they were unable to provide it. Does this mean it is unenforceable?
