I just read that 99% of loans can be written off.
I have just notice that the car i bought with my loan has a scratch, can this make the loan invalid.
Also when i asked the lenders for the loan agreement in swahili, ancient arabic, norse and klingon, they were unable to provide it. Does this mean it is unenforceable?

Simple answer is yes. The loan agreement can be torn up and you have got yourself a free car!!0

Excecellent news, a free car, i really thought for one minute there i had to pay it back!

In addition, if you took out ppi then you can ask them how much that would have cost over the term of loan if you had paid it back. They must then pay you that sum of money. You can also claim compensation for the time you spent on your day off buying the car including petrol expenses, newspaper costs, any food you ate that day, phone calls (even if they were free in your inclusive free calls package on your mobile) and any others you can make up.0

All loans and credit agreements are unenforceable and totally unfair.
How dare any company make profit or want the money back they lent to people. It's disgusting!0 -
I`ve just got a car with a loan. It`s fantastic, show room condition. Do I still have to pay for it?0

No Pobby, simply tell them that under the 2009 Act of 'to hell with my obligations' you can take as many car loans as you want and never have to pay a penny! This new law is the best thing to happen to consumers ever.0

I'm in a similar situation, my 7 year old car had the 'Check brakes' warning light on for 6 months when suddenly the brakes failed without warning, luckily I was parking at the time and no damage occurred, how much can I claim?
Whilst I've been off work with mental distress I've noticed page 2 of my loan agreement is slightly off-white, whilst page 1 is a clean white, am I right in believing this makes it unenforceable?
Please help, I need the money asap, my benefits have been cut down to £4600 a month and I can't afford to buy nappies because beer and fags are so expensive and it's putting me off my cake seeing the kids sitting in their own faeces.0
