Hmmm tough one. Do an soa, I am sure you can get more benefits as well. You should get a good amount of compo. It should clearly have a warning in the manual to heed the brake light warning. What ever next?
  • How dare the car manual tell me what to do and how to drive. If i wanted to know what all the dials on the car were for then i would ask on here. I mean on the dashboard there is a red light that comes on sometimes. It is next to the little green one. Anyone know what it is for? In fact i think i may have been mis sold my driving lessons can i claim them back. Im sure there is a template for that on here. I also saw on the web somewhere that speeding fines are illegal and unlawful penalties. Some lawyer made it up so it must be true. It is not fair to be charged £60 for going 10 mph over the limit in a 30 zone and having 3 penalty points on your licence. Dont the police take any notice of what happened to banks?

I just read that 99% of loans can be written off.

I have just notice that the car i bought with my loan has a scratch, can this make the loan invalid.

Also when i asked the lenders for the loan agreement in swahili, ancient arabic, norse and klingon, they were unable to provide it. Does this mean it is unenforceable?
Credit crunched, you say you have understanding but you obviously have none...

Some people make genuine claims and don't want to go for agreements back, its a last resort if the lender/brokers etc use the legal systems against them they resort to using it back. People are losing their homes... I really cannot understand your post.
