reclaiming redemption charge on loans

Hi everyone i have just repaid a lone early, (after one year) & i have been charged £345 in redemption fee does anyone know if there is a way of checking what the going rate of redemption fees are as i feel that i was well overcharged thanks.:money:

Check your terms and conditions. It will state what you should be charged. It is not unknown for lenders to break their own T and C and overcharge.I am a former Broker, former IFA and former compliance officer, for my sins.
