PPI Mis-Selling Quick Question

Hello,
I am currently trying to write my letter claiming mis-sold PPI, one of the many reasons I have been mis-sold is that I was told If i didn't have it that my loan would be more expensive.
Does that go against any regulations?
Many Thanks

Walrus, first thing is not to write why you think you were unsold. The burden of proof is on the lender and not you.
When did you take out the loan?0
