Hi I was wondering if anybody knew if the banks are paying up on either new cases or even ones in the court system . Also does any one know when the stays might be lifted regards beamo:confused:

Joint account?
I have a joint account which was originally in my husband's name only. It was 5 years ago that it was changed into our joint names. Would I need to make two seperate claims - one for the original year in the single name and one for the 5 years on joint names? Help appreciated.
