Credit Guarantee Fees?

I have a mortgage which allows me to offset my savings against my mortgage balance (a type of ONE account) for this privalage I am currently being charged a credit guarantee fee. When I originally opened the account some ten years ago - this was not the case, but over the last three years I have paid in excess of £2000.00 in guarantee fees? This doesn't seem quite right, but I have been unable to find any information on the net regarding this. Would appreciate hearing from anyone, who has had a simular situation and especially if you have managed to reclaim your fees, which incidently as it is a fee - it doesn't come under charges, so I'm unable to claim that way? HELP!!!
