Can I claim for....

Hi All,
I hope someone can help me. I've just got all my statements from my bank and I'm wading through all the unfair charges. I had printed off the information about what I can claim for and what I can't but I'm a bit confused about Account Service Charges? On my statements it just says "charges" and either £20 or £25. This doesn't appear every month only on months where I have an extra charge like unauthorised overdraft fee. Does this mean I can't claim these charges because they are service charges?? Or can I claim because as well as the £20/£25 I have also paid £8 per day or a £35 charge.
My bank is Yorkshire Bank if that's any help.
