Are the banks paying up yet

Hi

I was wondering if anybody knew if the banks are paying up on either new cases or even ones in the court system .
Also does any one know when the stays might be lifted

The court case is not decided yet. It could be that the banks have to pay back the difference between what was charged and a 'reasonable' figure that the OFT decide. The banks could still win and have to pay nothing back.

Or it could be that it is a complete whitewash and the banks have to return every single charge they have ever applied to any account.

However I do wish people would stop counting their chickens and assuming they are all in for big windfalls.

who you trying to kid ? my court day was the monday after this total FIX by the oft and the rest happend , i am entitled to all my money just like the millions paid out before that untill all these so called helpfull regulators got involved.

So if all this joke by them hadnt started i would have my money back by now ...

I hope you are not disappointed then.

Until the court case is decided you are not 'entitled' to anything. all payments made thus far by the banks have been 'goodwill gestures' with nothing admitted.
