Shocking service from Worldstores
Have had the unfortunate experience of purchasing goods from Worldstores. Goods havn't been delivered, have had to wait up to 40 minutes to get through to customer services to be given another date. Goods weren't delivered on that date either. Just posting this to warn everyone out there to NOT buy from WORLDSTORES.

Royal Mail taking money for a service they may or may not provide!
I am waiting on a delivery. A delivery of frozen meat. It was sent by ParcelForce Express 24 which is supposedly a guaranteed next day delivery service. It arrived in Scotland when it was supposed to but it went downhill once the Royal Mail local delivery service got their hands on it. The parcels have apparently been in…

Holland & Barrett...SLJ have you seen their prices!!!
Wife asked me to get her something from here. Went in, browsed and was totally gobsmacked at the ridiculous prices they were charging....almost up there with Herbalife!!!!!!!! Seriously, £9 for a few fish oil tablets...what a joke. Everything seemed to be upwards of £8 a bottle/box. These things cost a few pennies per 100…

Solar Panel scammers - VENT
I'm sick of seeing solar panel installer vans and salespeople banging on about 'better return on your money than having it in a bank' and '15% ROI'. Total scammers.

Did you buy Pet Insurance from confused.com to get 1000 Nectar points
I would strongly advise you check your Nectar points balances as they haven't been paying out. I bought Pet Insurance from confused.com in May and duly waited the 90 days maximum for them to be credited. They didn't get paid so I have emailed them to inquire when I will get them only to be told: "Thanks for your e-mail…

Autoglass - cracking service! (sorry...)
Parked up at work at 6am this morning with all windows intact. 11am, my boss comes and takes over from me, saying one of the guys I work with says there is something wrong with one of my windows and to go check it out... I literally have no idea when or how this happened. Through some very creative language I managed not…

Ripped off by Royal Mail
Ironically, whilst visiting my mother last Friday we went into town and a man approached up asking for us to sign a petition against the privatisation of Royal Mail which I was happy to do. However when I got back to my mother's I regretted this decision as it became apparent that Royal Mail believes they can act with…

Nationwide BS has systematic problems
I've been a Nationwide customer for about 16 years. I’ve had a mortgage, savings, ISAs, credit cards etc. Over the past couple of years the quality of their call centre staff has started to decline to a level which means that almost every time I have need to contact them, it results in a complaint being made! Last year I…

Well done Spar!
Yesterday my friend went to the shop and bought me a Yorkie. As I was eating it, I thought "hmmm, Yorkies don't taste as good as I remember!" Then when I got about half way through, I realised it had gone all icky, and was covered in that white stuff chocolate gets when it has melted and not been stored properly. So I took…
