Did you buy Pet Insurance from confused.com to get 1000 Nectar points

I would strongly advise you check your Nectar points balances as they haven't been paying out.

I bought Pet Insurance from confused.com in May and duly waited the 90 days maximum for them to be credited.

They didn't get paid so I have emailed them to inquire when I will get them only to be told:

"Thanks for your e-mail regarding your Nectar points from Confused.com.

I'm sorry to inform you, but you cannot collect Nectar points with Confused.com if you've taken out a pet insurance from them.

As per the terms and conditions of Confused.com the points are only credited to your Nectar account when you take out a car, home or a life insurance from confused.com.

Thank you for your interest in collecting points with Confused.com"

Which directly contradicts this link from confused.com itself....

I'm hoping I will still get my points credited but we will see.....

If you don't, report them to the Advertising Standards Authority. I'm sure Confused.com would love the publicity.

Nectar points are available on Pet Insurance purchases. Can you please email communications@confused.com with your full name, dob, post code and Nectar card number and we will look into it.

MSE Andrea might want to ask Confused.com why there is a link on Google entitled 'Confused.Com-Money Saving Expert' with 'www.moneysavingexpert.com/redir/888115ea' underneath it which leads to their own site.
