Autoglass - cracking service! (sorry...)

Parked up at work at 6am this morning with all windows intact. 11am, my boss comes and takes over from me, saying one of the guys I work with says there is something wrong with one of my windows and to go check it out...

I literally have no idea when or how this happened.
Through some very creative language I managed not to burst into tears, went back in, and called Autoglass at around 11.15. The problem was, I finished work at 2pm and work 25 miles from where I live, making it difficult to send someone out or make an appointment.
In the end, she said they could get a mobile technician out to me tomorrow, (otherwise go to a centre miles away for an appointment at 1, so that meant leaving work early) which was ok. She said they would phone me to let me know when approx to expect the tech tomorrow, and I paid the excess.
Autoglass called me at 1pm saying there was a tech on his way and to expect him within the hour. He arrived at 1:45 and was done by 2:20.
Very impressed with autoglass today, and while I wish it hadn't happened at all, at least it wasn't raining!
