Any progress on the frozen threads at top of this board??

At the top of this board are 3 frozen threads 'pending investigation'...they are from 2009 and 2011 [iirc].

Any progress????

Does it matter?

If it really does matter to you, you'll probably have more success contacting the MSE team rather than starting a thread on here as it's doubtful that MSE members will know what progress (if any) has been made.

There will never be any progress because there haven't been any investigations.

MSE have been threatened by lawyers from those companies who have accused posters on here of libelling their clients. As the UK libel laws are hugely slanted in favour of plaintiffs, MSE won't defend these allegations because of the huge costs involved. So they remove threads containing the alleged libel(s), put a notice at the top of certain boards and tell members not to mention those companies/websites ever again.
