BT recurring continuous authority
I have been paying a monthly (paperless) bill to BT by recurring continuous authority via my credit card in the mistaken belief that it was saving me money. Not so. Only direct debits get the money saved. Why - if they are still collecting in the same way? Any advice gratefully received. Euphrosene

I gave in my 14 days notice to BT, as I now have a cable phone. Since my disconnection date, my BT line still has a dial tone, although it won't let me dial out. Is this normal? Is it still enabled for 999 perhaps? Thanks

BT not signing for recorded delverys
After sending 3 recorded delvery letters to 2 diffrent BT addresses and getting non signed for it looks like BT just doesn't sign for such letters. Royal Mail clearly go along with this by allowing them to get away with it. So much for the advice given to send as part of the disputs process recored letters!
