I hope I'm in the right place for this post as a new member!!
I have just got my new V4 dialler up and running on the "Heinz" program. Are all outward calls to mobiles routed through 18185? Can you use the Primus Mobile2 program during the day? Do outward calls to mobiles automatically get switched to Primus in the evening and weekends? Helpdesk at Orchid said all calls go through 18185 and to overide this you insert 121 in front of the moby No. I presume this puts you back to your CPS provider?
thanks from "a bear of very little brain"

Welcome to the MSE forums Des.
Orchid told you correctly.
See the □ note on HERE.
Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
