How do I get a transcript of a previous case?
UKPCM and Gladstones are back again. I have the defense that I won with for C4GF3X2K, but I'd quite like to find the ruling of that case, which would significantly shorten my defense, as it's the same parties involved.

Britannia/BWL
Hi I've had an idea.....possibly another 'tack'....re the historic PCNs currently being aggressively pursued. Not sure if it has 'legs', but I'm more than happy to put the idea to you folks. Best to do so off the main forum for now......maybe via PM? I don't have any personal stake in this....they're not chasing me..:D

Parking Eye - 13 min stay -
Keeper received a PCN from Parking Eye for 13 mins overstay 'failed to make appropriate tariff payment'. Is it worth appealing this to POPLA (after of course appealing to PE). Would 13 mins fall within grace periods? My belief is that grace periods are not defined as such, but do regulars here feel it would stand much…

Hi, I hope someone would be kind enough to help. I was given a ticket because my permit fell for where I live. I appealed saying I have a permit and sent a picture of it, but had a letter back saying I that my appeal was unsuccessful as I did not display my permit (typical from these private parking cowboys). The letter…

My Father in law has received a parking notice from Euro Car Parks citing that cameras recorded him entering the car park and leaving within 16 minutes. He did go into the car park but did not park and left. The images just show two number plates with the time stamp typed underneath. Their notice says the signage is…

UKCPM and Gladstone's court claim
Hello, My husband and I rent a flat in an estate. There are a few general parking spaces that residents and their visitors used when we moved in as well as a garage for each flat. Along the line ukcpm were contracted by the managing agents to prevent rogue parkers from using these spaces. Like they do, we were issued a PCN…

NHS Private pakring companys, and patient confidentiality
From my understanding Patient confidentiality is one of the things that NHS trusts take seriously. If for example a Father or a Husband called a Hospital and asked if his adult daughter/wife/relative had visited the clinic, then under patient confidentiality rules the Hospital would be unable to share that information. If…
