Car Towed This Morning - Help!
Hi all, I've had a number of outstanding parking tickets and came out of my house this morning to find my car in the process of being uplifted. They hadn't even finished placing the straps on the wheels yet upon my arrival but they still took it. Is there any grounds for appeal? Thanks, Sean
