Car Towed This Morning - Help!

Hi all,
I've had a number of outstanding parking tickets and came out of my house this morning to find my car in the process of being uplifted. They hadn't even finished placing the straps on the wheels yet upon my arrival but they still took it.
Is there any grounds for appeal?
Thanks,
Sean

Is it wrt unpaid court fines ie enforcement of fines???
Sounds like you're pretty stuffed0 -
It's just wrt the unpaid parking tickets. There has been no court summons or further action taken by the authorities other than simply stating that the amount owed on the tickets through failure to pay has been increased.0

A trip to pepipoo land is required here along with copies of ALL documentation received from the council. You do still have everything don't you?I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Documentation such as? I'll have the parking ticket that was issued as well as all documentation provided by the garage upon collection. Will that suffice?0
-
No it won't.
You need to show all documentation received in the process of enforcement and explain how it has come to the stage where a bailiff, presumably, has levied and impounded the vehicle.
