Parking Ticket, a quick question

I (Well Mr VM) have received a ticket in the post this morning

My question is, "Is there legally a specified number of days they have to get the notice to you?" (BTW its LBof Bexley)

I did search for this but gave up after an hour:rolleyes:

Thanks

Mrs VM

A PCN is taken as served by first class post 2 working days after it is posted (reg 3)

  • Thanks for that i was hoping it was 14 days......never mind that's £50 down the pan.... not very MSE, now Mr WM will know the meaning of suffering !!!
  • Whoa there, before you pay are you sure that Victor was parked incorrectly cos "I don't believe it"? Lines, signs and even pcn's are known to be wrong and therefore invalidate the ticket. Maybe get an expert to give it the once over first and maybe save money?
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.
