Excel Parking Pcn

Hi all,

I have received an Excel Parking PCN for a fine of £60 quid if I pay now.

I remember the incident in question, my wife got the ticket, it was one where you tap in the licence plate number, she couldnt remember my licence plate info, and she only entered the last 3 charactors of it, in our case this is "KFC".

What can I do now, do I challenge the notice explaining the curcumstance asking them to check for a ticket issued with "KFC"?

or just pay?

Kind Regards

Steve

  • Just ignore them.
Do not contact them at all, unless you want to become another hooked fish.
Excel are well known. They have tried Court and failed.
  • She paid, she owes nothing, idnore them and all subsequent begging letters.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.
  • Thank you for the assistance, much appreciated.

For future reference, if using a private car park where they want you to type in your registration number, this is the sequence you should use:

    Foxtrot
    Uniform
    Charlie
    Kilo

    Yankee
    Oscar
    Uniform
