Passport Text
I sent 2 passport applications via PO Check & Send on Monday for my children. Today I have received one text confirming they have my application. Should I have received 2 texts one each or if contact details are the same are you likely to only get one text? Text doesn't give any details to identify the application.

Hotel Cancelled one week before holiday, help
Hi, about 4 months back, me and my girlfriend booked a hotel in Spain via LowCost Holidays. We picked a superior room all inclusive and paid an expensive price for the hotel as we had visited before as economy visitors and really enjoyed the place, entertainment, range of pools and child-friendly atmosphere. We are…

Travelling Europe - vendor fees imposed on card transactions?
Hi there, I have been looking into the best way to spend money abroad via this website. It seemed like the Halifax Clarity Credit Card was a very good option. I have now ordered it and it is in the post. However, I was speaking to a friend who has recently travelled Europe who seems to think that a vast number of shops,…

Cancelling easyjet flight to Russia
We've booked a holiday flying with easyjet in November to Moscow. The political situation out there only seems to be getting worse and we've decided it's not worth the risk. However, as travel to Russia isn't advised against yet, there will be £40 per person, per flight cost to amend it to another destination. This seems…

Mobile use abroad (USA)
Hi all, Off on honeymoon to America / Hawaii in a few weeks and considering what to do about mobile phones (currently on giffgaff who are stupidly expensive for roaming!) The current thought is to get a Three pay as you go SIM, who as far as I can tell, let me buy a £10 or £15 add-on and then instantly use that in America…

Flybe..airline or theives?
Just looked at booking a flight from Belfast to Aberdeen on the Flybe website. It gives us the choice of a direct flight at 12.20 or a flight with 1 stop at 4pm. Decided to book the flight with one stop but when it came to booking they want to charge us twice for luggage. £32. I phone to query this and spoke to a manager…

I saw a few similar threads but they were all from a few years ago, I was wondering if anyone knew of anywhere selling an appropriately sized suitcase for the Ryanair Hand Luggage (55cmx40cmx20cm) which was lightweight and would be capable of holding enough luggage for a week long sojourn in Poland as I want to avoid the…
