Corn starch and corn syrup?
I'd like to make a bird seed wreath as a Christmas present and found a recipe on an American website: http://thismomentisgood.blogspot.co.uk/2013/12/bird-seed-wreaths.html?m=1 It calls for corn starch and corn syrup - do you know of if these are available in UK supermarkets?
