I'm interested in this. Does freezing alter the quality of GF flour? The results are crumbly enough at the best of times.

  • Is gluten free flour more prone to mites than ordinary flour? Mites are only a problem if flour is kept in a warm moist atmosphere for too long. So long as it's cool and dry it should be fine for ages.

I see no reason why you shouldn't be able to freeze it - but I'm wondering why you would need to bother.
