Hiya i was wondering if it OK to freeze gluten free flour? To kill off the eggs. Thanks x

Is gluten free flour more prone to mites than ordinary flour? Mites are only a problem if flour is kept in a warm moist atmosphere for too long. So long as it's cool and dry it should be fine for ages.
I see no reason why you shouldn't be able to freeze it - but I'm wondering why you would need to bother.No longer a spouse, or trailing, but MSE won't allow me to change my username...0 -
Yes you can freeze it, and indeed it's advised on some grains0
