Raw peanuts
My experiment with peanut sprouts not having been very successful - I've got loads of raw peanuts (shelled and unshelled) to use up. Not keen on raw peanuts per se - so wondering what to cook them up into...and first thoughts are some sort of peanut-y sauce to have over cooked vegetables. Any suggestions please?
