Raw peanuts

My experiment with peanut sprouts not having been very successful - I've got loads of raw peanuts (shelled and unshelled) to use up.
Not keen on raw peanuts per se - so wondering what to cook them up into...and first thoughts are some sort of peanut-y sauce to have over cooked vegetables.
Any suggestions please?

Thanks. Peanut butter is certainly one of my first thoughts - ie roasting, etc and doing this.
I have rather a LOT of them though - hence looking for other recipes to use them in.
The peanut-y sauce idea (if I had a recipe for it) would be one useful thought to me - as I tend to have loads of vegetables of various descriptions around. All the more so - as I'm currently contemplating trying to diet off a few surplus pounds weight with a high nutrient density vegan diet (ie rather than my usual Slimming World one). A nuts and vegetables type dish would fit into this.
Trying to surmount the first hurdle of "Its so 'civilised' to have a glass or two of wine with dinner" and tell myself that a bad day at w**k does not justify a "civilised" (ie wine) dinner at home then I'll be on my way on that...:rotfl:0 -

Are you thinking of satay sauce which is peanut based? If so there are a lot of recipes here
Re the glass or two of wine that is your first hurdle in losing weight, could you try to get your mind into the mode that it's even more 'civilised' and healthy to drink a freshly squeezed fruit drink rather than drinking alcohol alone.
