help cooked frozen beef
hello i got up early chopped lots of veg and put them in my slow cooker with a joint of particially frozen beef ( been thowing since yest morning) then when to work, just checked a web site which says u can't do this the meat must be thawed. ahhh what do i do now do i have to ben it all when i get home. what a waste
