Teflon Spray

On Tommorrows World (BBC) about 6 years ago there was a showing for Teflon Spray.
This spray can waterproof any garment, including suits! You just spray it on. In the demonstration a bucket of water is poured on and it glides straight off!
Teflon is now used in some garments but you have to rely on it being added at manufacture.
What happened to this spray? There were adverts for it on TV but it has disappeared. Has it been taken off the market to protect another market?
Can't find it anywhere!
Remember, I'm talking about something you can use on cotton suits, rather than Nikwax for waterproof jackets.

Order of events: Banks lose our money -> get bailed out -> were inflating GBP to cover it -> now taxing us -> next will grab your funds direct -> things get really desperate to balance the books. What should have happened?: banks go bust and we lost our money much quicker
