Just arrived from Lakeland; I also bought the gadget for making steakhouse onion bloomers. What type of oil should I use? Do I discard it after one use and if so, how? I've never had a fryer before.

Hi My hubby has a nice habit of getting grease stains down his decent TShirts. I have used Oxy-Clean and other spot removing solutions but some stains just won't go.
