Hello - can anyone help me please with a bbq question (the moneysaving bit is that I bought a half price disposable bbq - 84p or so) and I am bbqing for the first time! I am cooking marinated chicken legs (big ones) and am wondering how long it takes to cook through? It is dark outside! The marinade is red (piri piri) and I know the juices must run clear but can someone give me a ballpark time please? HAs been one hour so far - am I safe to eat now? lol! They are nice an blackened on the outside.
