I only like the taste of white fish if it has some kind of topping on.
Discovered this product from Sainsbury
" Citrus and green olive Rub". only 35 grams. Its about £2, but lasts for a few portions of fish-i sprinkle it thickly over the top and bake for about 20mins. Its basically dried onion, olives, lemon peel ,garlic, salt suger and a few other spices, dehydrated.
Does anyone have any recipes to make this yourself,or any other quick ideas for white fish?

How about spreading some pesto on top before baking? Or a breadcrumb/ cheese topping like this - http://www.fish4fun.com/seafoodrecipes.htm#Crispy%20Cheese-Topped%20Fish - you could experiment with adding different spices etc to this.Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0
