Cleaning Appliances
Metalic shiny style ones and classic white, like kettles, toasters, coffee machines getting a bit grimey :o whats gonna be the best way seeing as i cant really stick them in the dish washer, and dont really wanna use 'cif' etc just scrubbing with a cloth doesnt really seem to help

Condensed Soup recipes?
I've got a can of condensed tomato soup sitting in the cupboard.. only problem is i don't like tomato soup :rolleyes: .... i've heard you can make a pasta bake using this? Do they taste really like tomato soup, or more like the sort of sauce you'd buy in a jar? Any recipes (vegetarian/no fish) appreciated :)

Carpet - bicarb problem
Our dog had an accident and pooed on the carpet. I used vinegar to clean it up & then sprinkled some bicarb (when i thought the carpet was dry) to absorb any left over smell. A friend of mine recently burnt a hole in my favourite shirt. The chance of getting a new one of the same brand looks slim, so was wondering if anyone could offer any tips on how to 'fix' the shirt.
