Has anyone got an 80s Neff electric fan oven?
It's built into our kitchen, so I have no choice but to use it :( Trouble is, I can't seem to get a cake to rise in it however I adjust the temperature or cooking time. I know the mix/method is right as I never had problems before we moved here. It doesn't help that I'd never cooked with electric, let alone a fan oven,…

How do I wean my girlfriend into Chinese/Thai food?
Since living with my girlfriend over the past couple of years I've managed to change her tastes dramatically. Tonight I have made a test run of mirakl's above mentioned curd (but plain lemon instead of orange and cinammon)...I liked the recipe because it didn't use loads of butter and seemed fairly simple.
