A thought on old style saving
Went out for a meal at TGI's in Bluewater tonight. Was great good service, pretty good food, and the bill was OK. Made me realise that half the battle is mental. This was a treat, to eat out. food safety question for a learner cook - food temperature probe?
My daughter has just started Uni and is finding it diffcult to know when food is cooked enough to be safe so she's cooking things to a frazzle 'just to be sure'. At the back of my mind I was mulling over which wine to have at Christmas with my bargain Goose from Lidl's, as I have never eaten goose before.
