today I am going into birmingham to the meat markets. I have read all these threads about ham shanks , chicken/turkey thighs and so am going there to buy some and give it a try!!
I hate going there though as I really do hate fish and as anyone knows who's been there there's also a huge fish market and the smell makes me gag! But its for the sake of my pocket!
