Can you freeze rice pudding!!?
Just made some rice pudding in the slow cooker, yummy !! Can I freeze the leftovers for another day ? Also do you have to defrost it before reheating or can you microwave it from frozen. I'm sure I read something somewhere that you can't reheat rice or was I dreaming ?? Thanks

Sponge Cakes
Can anybody help with a sponge cake. No matter what ingredients I use and how much air I try to put into a sponge cake during mixing it, it always comes out really heavy. Do the bakeries but a special ingredient into their sponges to make them nice, light and springy as mine tend to resemble bricks.:o
