Buyer wants to come from Spain to buy my car. Should I be concerned?
I have a buyer who wants to come to London from Spain to buy my car and immediately drive it all the way back. It seems very odd. It's only worth about £1000. Should I be concerned about it? Apart obviously from the concern that he simply doesn't turn up.

How far can traffic light cameras see?
Hi there, I have so much driving anxiety now that i am back at it after a years break. This morning I safely went through a green light at a set of lights with a traffic light camera. However, at a different set of lights along the road from this camera, I had restricted viewing due to buses. Emphasis on the fact that the…

Mazda Dealer & their "duty of care" vehicle inspection
Just had my car in with a Mazda dealer for a service & MOT, had the usual email with a video of the car on the ramp. My car passed it's MOT first time but with advisories for the front two tyres. The video Mazda sent showed clear as day that the treads were getting low so I have them booked in for replacement at my local…

New car or wait and see if my current one passes MOT
I live in a rural area with no public transport. I have to drive 19 miles to get to work - too far to walk or cycle. I am also a loan female for traveling which may or may not be relevant depending on your views. I currenlty have a second hand Suzuki Swift that has now done 136,500 miles on the clock. It's been very…

Vehicle insurance - not declaring what can't be 'seen'?
Couple questions tonight. This one is about declaring modifications on your insurance. Had a conversation with someone this afternoon. Story short they said they would be declaring what can be seen on a new car they've bought (window tints for example) but not what can't be seen - the car has had a remap and engine…

Car insurance claim help
Hi, I am unsure whether this is the correct forum but here it goes... Back in May 2019 I was burgled whilst in bed and had my car keys and car stolen.
