HPI Check Report
Can someone clarify what's normally shown on the HPI Check report regarding finance. My dad has an HPI check from a dealer showing it is finance free but then a line at the bottom showing interest of a finance lease (from Motability) with an agreement date of Oct 2018. Is this the date the lease agreement ended?

zebra crossing
Hi all, This morning I failed to stop at a zebra crossing with the flashing beacons and I realised the was a girl there waiting to cross. I know it is really idiotic but it seemed a little too soon to stop as a driver was right behind me. Although, the car infront of me still went ahead through it. I am so worried as I am…

Car insurance admit error in black box which led to cancelled policy 18 months later!!!
About a year and a half ago I was insured with Hastings smart wheels- a car insurance company where I had to have a black box installed in my car as part of the policy. As I was only 20 at the time and a uni student it seemed the cheapest and best option for me at the time. Around 6 months in to my policy I had a letter…

Whats the best option for high mileage?
Hello! My Husband is potentially changing jobs, for the last 20 years we have both had company cars, which are fully maintained, serviced etc, and so we are both out of the loop when it comes to anything else. Audi A3 1.8T around a 2007 plate
Ideally i'm wanting a diesel for the next car which may lead to a thread of its own in due time. I know people seem to think you shouldn't have a diesel unless you do 999,999 miles per year but having owned them previously, that idea is just nonsense. I never had an issue with the ones i've had on the miles i've done. The…

Free car servicing not being honoured
Hi, I purchased a new car two years ago (Dacia) and the vehicle came with two year's free servicing. Clutch replaced at 90k miles. Failed at 97k. Do I have a claim that this should be warranty repair?
Local garage replaced my clutch at 90,000 miles in June 18. Clutch has just failed at 97,000 miles. Should the garage be repairing this under warranty? Garage supplied all the parts for original repair. Bit of background: There was nothing to suggest an issue with the clutch this time round. I had it replaced at 90k as it…
