Hi all, A quick question if I may, which may lead to more questions. A friends car was written off/damaged by a third party. The third party has admitted fault. Friend's car was insured TPF&T but no legal cover. Is it up to us to claim off the other party's insurance? I'm not sure as I've never been in this situation…
