Who is at fault?
I think I know the answer to this but I thought I would see what the views are on here. Very busy junction B road joining an A road and you have to take your chances when they arise. I was at the give way on the B road waiting to turn right on to the A, clear for a good distance back from the left, checked right and…

Popla Appeal Rejected
I received two parking charges from Smart Parking within a few days due to an administrative error. I use the app to pay as it is safer to use when shopping with two young children. Unfortunately, I forgot that I had changed my car two months previously and didn't update the app with my new registration details. I appealed…

White strobe lamps in front grill?
I’ve just seen a hearse with a pair of white strobe lamps being driven along a road... I can’t find anything in regulations covering such use, but it’s confusing to road users and probably not legal. Any ideas?

Corrosion & failed MOT
My car failed MOT due to "excessive corrosion" in a certain part of the body. It went through a master services and very expensive repairs only about 3 months ago. Leasing: Maintence vs Manufacturer Warranty
Hi, I have recently had some new tyres fitted on my leased car (Audi A1). I called my leasing company who I have the maintenance package with who then sent me to Audi. Hi MSE-ers, While parallel parking on my road, I nudged another car (my rear bumper, their front, extremely slowly). Hi all, After a little bit of advice any you can give would be great fully received. My PCP car was returned in September 2017. At the time some charges came up all of which one I accepted.
