Popla Appeal Rejected

I received two parking charges from Smart Parking within a few days due to an administrative error. I use the app to pay as it is safer to use when shopping with two young children. Unfortunately, I forgot that I had changed my car two months previously and didn't update the app with my new registration details. I appealed to Popla as I had paid for my parking spaces but with my old car details. This has been rejected but I feel really aggrieved as I had paid on both occasions. Can anyone suggest what I do next?

Mitigation rarely works. The parking company will argue that you did not pay to park your new car - you paid to park the old one. Someone with better knowledge that I will no doubt come along but I think you will have to just suck it up and pay.0
