Hastings direct car insurance terrible experience
Avoid h d car insurance at all costs in my opinion!!! If your car is broken into and as a result your alarm is faulty; in my experience they wouldn't pay out for the alarm to be repaired because they got a dealership's opinion that the alarm fault isn't theft related and it's impossible to prove otherwise. It goes off…

No claims protection
If you have paid for protection of no claims bonus, does this merely protect the price on the premium (i.e. the price does not go up when you re-insure with the same insurer) or is it as if you had not claimed if you go with a new insurer?

Cheap Travel To the Airport
I travel a fair bit to and from the airport. I have found Parker Car Service really useful. They take me and my 2 colleagues from Central London to Heathrow on their airport shuttle service for 24.50, total, door to door. It is meant to be a shared ride service, but most of the time we have the vehicle to ourselves. We can…

My girlfriend recently took her Clio to the local garage for an MOT, despite the fact that it wasn't the cheapest locally for the test because the owner cliamed that other people charge less but then find things that need to be fixed to pad the work they do. It failed for 2 reasons: 1 - Emissions. The garage owner said it…
