Applied for 85% mortgage via broker with Santander yesterday. I'm employed and my partner is self employed. AIP has been agreed but can you tell me what extra documents have you had requested for a similar situation? Done the usual SA32, accountant reference, 3 months business and personal bank statements.... Many thanks
